Our organization has a staff retention rate MUCH higher than industry standards and we retain approximately 90-95% of our staff annually. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment with positive staff morale, pay which is typically higher than industry average, paid holidays, paid time-off, health insurance, retirement with a company match, team-building opportunities and outstanding staff training. Because we run a very structured environment with consistent, seasoned staff, our residential facilities aren’t typically as chaotic as most other residential facilities, and this leads to a much lower burnout rate.
