We treat a wide variety of mental health issues and our consumers particularly value our attention to providing structured, safe, nicely appointment, home-like environments. We offer relationship-focused residential care guided by humanistic values and principles. Our high staff retention rates, coupled with our comprehensive treatment services, help us stabilize youth with challenging behaviors; many of whom were unsuccessful in previous placements. Our program is highly sought after state-wide. We average 550 referrals annually for our 24 licensed beds. Our success rates and high volume of annual referrals allows us to maintain an occupancy rate much higher than industry standards. From 2018-2020 80% of youth who were admitted to our treatment program were stabilized and successfully discharged back to their families or into a less restrictive, lower level of care. Furthermore, we are one of only a few, if not the only, STRTP in California our size, who has a licensing record free and clear of any CCL citations or sanctions.
