Tina Garcia
Program Manager
Tina is the Program Manager with Core Conditions and has been with the company since 2006. Tina has over 10 years’ experience with working with severely emotionally disturbed children in a residential setting and over six years of supervisory experience. She is a certified Aggressive Replacement Training (ART) facilitator and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Fresno in Family and Consumer Sciences.
Veronica Manzo
Program Manager
Veronica is the Program Manager for DN Associates. She has over 10 years working with severely emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, and families. Veronica has previously served as the Administrator for a RCL-12 residential facility serving pre-adolescent and adolescent females. She also worked as a Program Director for the UC Merced GEAR UP Program serving a cohort of 230 students. Currently, Veronica also works at Resource Center for Survivors (RCS) where she provides bilingual therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families focused on healing trauma. Veronica holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and is currently in the final phases of completing a Masters degree in Counseling with a Marriage and Family Therapy option and Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential.
John Simms
Supervisor III
John has over 16 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents. He has been employed with DN Associates for the past 14 years and brings over 13 years of supervisory experience to the organization. John is also a certified Aggression Replacement Training (ART) facilitator.
Joseph Sosa
Supervisor III
Joseph is a Supervisor III with Core Conditions, Inc. Joseph has over 15 years of experience as a Supervisor and over six years as a Supervisor in residential care. He is a certified Group Home Administrator and certified Aggression Replacement Training (ART) facilitator. Joseph has an Associates of Science Degree in Criminology.
Joey Gonzalez
Supervisor II
Joey brings over 16 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents in both residential and outpatient mental health clinics. Joey has been with Core Conditions since 2005 and is a certified Aggression Replacement Training (ART) facilitator.
Yosief Amanuel
Supervisor I
Yosief is a Supervisor I with Core Conditions, Inc. and has been with the company since it first opened in 2005. Yosief has over 12 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children. Yosief has a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fresno.
Victor Lockett
Supervisor I
Victor has over 7 years of experience working in residential settings with severely emotionally disturbed adolescents and has been employed with DN Associates since 2010. He brings over four years of supervisory experience to the organization.
Jason Mendoza
Supervisor I
Jason is a Supervisor I with Core Conditions, Inc. Jason brings over nine years of management experience to Core Conditions and has been with the company since 2008. He has over three years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children. Jason is a certified Water Safety Instructor. Jason has an Associates of Science Degree in Liberal Arts.
