Veronica Manzo

Veronica Manzo

Residential Program Manager – DN Associates

Veronica has been employed by our organization since 2005. She has over 20 years working with severely emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, and families. Veronica has previously served as the Administrator for a RCL-12 residential facility serving pre-adolescent and adolescent females. She also worked as a Program Director for the UC Merced GEAR UP Program serving a cohort of 230 students. Veronica holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and is currently in the final phases of completing a Masters degree in Counseling with a Marriage and Family Therapy option and Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential. Veronica is a certified STRTP Administrator and certified Aggression Replacement Training facilitator. She co-facilitates both our Moral Reasoning Groups and our Social Skills Training Groups.

Kyle Murray

Kyle Murray, M.S., AMFT

Residential Program Manager – Core Conditions, Inc. 

Kyle began employment with Core Conditions, Inc. in 2016 as a Residential Counselor I. He has quickly risen through the ranks promoting to Residential Counselor II, Residential Supervisor, and into his current position in 2019 as the Residential Program Manager. Kyle has over five years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, and families. He is a certified STRTP Administrator, certified Pro-Act Instructor, and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Kyle holds a B.S. degree in Criminology–Forensics and Behavioral Sciences from California State University, Sacramento and an M.S. in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from California State University, Fresno.

Lorenzo Rodriguez

Lorenzo Rodriguez, M.S., PPS

Administrator

Lorenzo has been employed with our organization since 2016. He brings over five years of experience working with at-risk youth. Lorenzo holds a B.S. in Criminology with a minor in Spanish from California State University, Fresno. He also holds an M.S. in Educational Counseling with a PPS Credential. He is a certified Pro-Act Instructor and is bilingual in Spanish. Lorenzo is the assigned Supervisor at the Brawley House.

Victor Lockett

Victor Lockett

Residential Supervisor III 

Victor has over 15 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents in residential treatment. He has been employed with DN Associates since 2010 and he brings over 15 years of supervisory experience to the organization. Victor is the designated Training Supervisor for most new milieu staff. He also co-facilitates our evidence-based social skills groups. Victor is primarily assigned as the Supervisor at the Blythe House.

John Simms

John Simms

Residential Supervisor III

John has over 20 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents and 30 years of experience in residential treatment. He has been employed with DN Associates since 1999 and brings over 20 years of supervisory experience to the organization. John is also a certified Aggression Replacement Training (ART) facilitator and co-facilitates our evidence-based anger control groups. He is the assigned Supervisor at the Polk House.

Joey Gonzalez

Residential Supervisor II

Joey brings over 22 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents in both residential and outpatient mental health clinics. Joey has been employed by Core Conditions since 2005 and brings 14 years of supervisory experience to the organization. Joey is a certified Aggression Replacement Training (ART) facilitator. He is the assigned Supervisor at the Brawley House.

Roger Thao

Roger has been employed with our organization since 2011, bringing over 10 years of experience working with incorrigible youth. Roger has extensive experience as a youth pastor as well, and brings a strong spiritual component to our youth who are interested. He is fluent in Hmong. Roger is the assigned Supervisor at the Dakota House.

Danielle has been employed by our organization since 2012, bringing nearly 10 years of experience to the youth in our program. Danielle is known for providing high levels of structure on her shifts. She holds an A.A. in Criminal Justice. Danielle is assigned to our Polk House as the lead residential counselor.

Brian has been employed by DN Associates since 2000, bringing 21 years of experience to the youth who reside in our treatment program. Brian has been a lead Residential Counselor for over 15 years and is assigned to our Blythe House.

Alex has been employed by Core Conditions since 2017. He holds a B.S. in Criminology from California State University, Fresno. Alex is bilingual in Spanish. He is a lead Residential Counselor assigned to our Dakota House.

Araceli has been employed by DN Associates since 2013, bringing over eight years of experience to our at-risk youth population. She holds an A.S. in Criminal Justice. Araceli is bilingual in Spanish. She is assigned as a lead Residential Counselor at our Polk House.
